At your appointment you will receive personalized care from our compassionate and experienced team of midwives. Your voice matters to us, you will be heard, and we will work together to create a plan of care that supports your goals. Your visit may include family planning, preconception counseling, testing and treatment for vaginal and urinary tract infections, PAP testing, and menopause support. Customized herbal and nutritional recommendations can be made for you, and prescription medications may be ordered if indicated.

  • Holistic gynecology and wellness visits are available in our Winchester office.

  • Well-person visits for new clients are $250.

    Annual visits for established clients are $200.

    Problem visits for established clients are $125.

    Ten Moons is out-of-network with all insurance carriers. Insurance billing will be provided on request via our professional billing service. Payment of all fees are kindly requested at the time of service, and insurance payments will be made to you in the form of a reimbursement via your insurance carrier.

    Labs will be collected by your midwife and sent to a laboratory that is in-network with your insurance, such as LabCorp. If you are a self-pay client, labs are available at a reduced rate via Sunrise Laboratories.

    Ten Moons is Tricare certified for midwifery care.

  • Visits typically last 60-90 minutes depending on the type of visit and your needs.

    Prior to your visit, we will request you complete our intake, which assists us in understanding how we may best serve you.
