Aimee is a Certified Lactation Counselor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with twenty-five years of experience supporting growing families. It is her belief that with the right education and support almost all lactating parents can achieve their bodyfeeding goals.
As a La Leche League Leader from 2001-2019, Aimee led monthly parent-to-parent lactation support groups, and answered countless helping calls. During this time, she encountered a vast array of circumstances, and can draw upon the lessons learned in order to provide you with the best possible assistance. Combined with her training and experience as a midwife, she is poised to support you in overcoming both straightforward and complex lactation challenges.
Aimee’s lactation practice is evidence-based, integrative, individualized, and client-centered. She works with clients on topics including, but not limited to: sore, painful nipples, milk supply and infant weight gain, positioning and latch, engorgement, plugged ducts and mastitis, pumping, supplemental feeding, returning to work, and weaning. Since Aimee is trained in western herbalism, she is able to select herbal remedies for your care as is appropriate. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Certified Nurse Midwife, she is also able to prescribe medications that assist in the resolution of various lactation challenges including mastitis and candidiasis. Whatever your needs may be, Aimee looks forward to partnering with you and helping you to achieve your goals.

Insurance billing will be provided on request via our professional billing service. Payment of the consultancy fee is kindly requested at the time of service, and insurance payments will be made to you in the form of a reimbursement via your insurance carrier.
